Our highly experienced consultants will arrange a suitable removal contractor, then organise and implement how the asbestos is removed, to meet your specific requirements as well as current legislation and health and safety procedures.

Our project management service includes
- Preparation of technical specifications and scope of works
- Appointment of a suitable contractor
- Site checks and risk assessments before the works begin
- Supervision of the removal contractors, with particular emphasis on their adherence to the method statement and scope of works
- All air testing, 4 stage clearance and issue of a certificate of re-occupation by a UKAS accredited organisation
- A full project management report, including a detailed photographic record of the works completed
- Provision of all consignment notes (waste disposal certification)
