What it involves
Sometimes a localised management survey is needed to access specific locations that were previously found to be inaccessible during a management survey.
The process is the same as a full management survey, except that it focuses only on the specific locations that were previously inaccessible. A full sampling programme may be carried out to identify the location, condition and extent of any asbestos-containing materials.
Who needs it?
This is for you if you already have a management survey for your building, but some locations couldn’t be accessed at the time.
