The service
What it involves
Sometimes you only need a one-off sample analysed, or a single suspect material inspected.
At Lancall Yorkshire Limited, your safety is of paramount importance to us, so no job is too small. We can attend site to take samples from single locations.
Who needs it?
This is for homeowners and organisations who need an answer about a single material, such as a textured ceiling coating, without a full survey.
What’s included
When we attend to sample single locations, we provide
- An asbestos inspection carried out in accordance with HSG264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide
- Reporting on identified asbestos-containing materials, indicating their location, condition, type and content
- Appropriate comments and recommendations
- A full survey report, including material location photographs, analysis certification and an asbestos register
